Carpets Upholstery Water damage Process used Chemicals used

Photos showing equipment used in the dry chemical cleaning process We make use of a dry, chemical cleaning method. No excessive wetting of the carpets or upholstery. We guarantee you that at least half of the carpets or upholstery that we have cleaned will be dry by the time we leave your premises.

The carpets or upholstery is sprayed with a specialized chemical that is fast drying. A plastic scrubbing pad is then used to clean the carpets. Static electricity is generated between the moving scrubbing pad and the carpets, allowing for collection of dirt in the scrubbing pad. The scrubbing pad is washed regularly to ensure a high cleaning efficiency.

Upholstery is washed with a specially made mitten that acts in the same manner as the plastic scrubbing pad.

A bonnet mopping pad is used to dry the carpets. Heat generated between the mopping pad and the carpet ensure fast evaporation of the alcohol rich chemical.

The fast drying of the carpets allow for steel furniture or decorations to be returned to the carpets without the possibility of leaving rust marks.

Stains are treated with speciality chemicals that will ensure effective removal of most stains. If you have a stain on your carpets or upholstery (like red wine, coffee, tea, food, blood etc.) please refrain from treating it with "old-wives-tale-remedies" as these can often lead to the stain causing permanent discolouring of the carpets.

Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee that we will be able to remove all stains completely. Home remedies for stain treatment often lead to permanent damage to carpets or upholstery and should be avoided. Please contact us to discuss the removal of stains.
